Presentation of making a doughnut with tajbaking

Flour 500gm
Egg (Beaten) 2pcs
Butter 60gm
Sugar 65gm
Salt 8gm
Yeast 8gm
Milk Powder 60gm
Lemon Zest 10gm
Water 250ml
Oil for deep fry


  • Mix all the ingredients together in a dough mixture. Mix it for 10min, knead nicely & roll nicely at a half-inch thickness. Cut it with a doughnut cutter, place it on a tray and cover it with a duster. Keep it on the side for 25min proofing.
  • Now in a deep fryer, fry it until golden brown in color.
